"Restore the exchange of information
for the harmonious functioning of Life."

What is Psychonomy?

Psychonomy is a holistic informational health practice that studies the exchange of information within the body. This gentle method aims to restore the functional integrity of tissues, organs, and various systems in the human body.

Created in France in 1992 by osteopath Claude-Yves Pelsy, this innovative discipline extends beyond medical knowledge to incorporate principles from osteopathy, microkinesitherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine

For Whom?

Psychonomy is intended for anyone seeking to improve or maintain their health, from infants to the elderly. This practice addresses both physical and emotional pain while promoting overall well-being

For What?

Psychonomy is particularly effective for addressing blockages and pain in the musculoskeletal, digestive, and nervous systems. Relief may sometimes occur by the end of the first session, though in most cases, pain subsides within 3 to 4 days.

Highly effective at alleviating psychosomatic disorders such as stress and anxiety, it helps release emotional tensions that are sometimes expressed through the body.

How does a session work?

The session lasts between 20 and 45 minutes

-

The session begins by listening to the patient, who can, if he or she wishes, share his or her motivation and expectations, and give a brief account of his or her medical history.

**
The patient, who remains clothed, will be invited to lie down on the treatment table, though the session can also be performed while seated or standing.

---

The practitioner makes light contact with the patient's body to locate blockages and dysfunctions, in order to restore the information exchanges essential for the body's harmonious functioning.

----

At the end of the session, the practitioner may provide insights into the individual’s experience and the expression of their ailments.

The restored information exchanges allow the body to activate its self-healing processes, which restore homeostasis – the healthy, harmonious balance of the patient's body.
